Shipping

  1. We offer free standard shipping on orders above AED 400. Items are shipped within 5 working days of placing the order.
  2. Our shipping charges for orders that do not qualify for free shipping are as follows:
    • Dubai & Sharjah: AED 15
    • Abu Dhabi & Northern Emirates: AED 30
  3. Due to the high value of our products, a valid ID must be presented when collecting the order.
  4. Customised products will be shipped within 5–7 working days.
  5. Once your package is ready for shipment, we will send an email confirmation containing images of the package. If you believe your package has been tampered with during transit, please notify us immediately.

Returns

Our products are classified into the following return categories:

Category A: Gold and Silver Coins and Bullion

Products under this category can be returned within 7 days of receiving the delivery.

However, the refund amount will be calculated at 95% of the day’s applicable rate or the current market rate (whichever is lower), as follows:

Refund Amount = Weight × Gold/Silver Rate × 0.95

In case of any defects, the product will be replaced without any costs.

Category B: Nose Pins, Customised Jewellery and Customised Coins

Products under this category are non-returnable. Returns will only be accepted in case of manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of receiving the delivery.

Category C: Other Jewellery

Products under this category can be returned within 7 days of receiving the delivery, and the full amount will be refunded.

If an incorrect item is delivered, please notify us immediately so that we can arrange collection of the shipment and process the refund.

Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment and processed within 7 to 10 days, depending on the bank.

Cancellations

Most orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. However, cancellation requests for orders containing customised products will not be accepted.

Upon cancellation, refunds will be made to the original mode of payment and processed within 7 to 10 days.
